| - This review is for the service department of Audi Chandler. I have been to multiple Audi service department at different states, and simply speaking, Audi Chandler has shown me the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Specifically, this review is for the person named Victor in the service department. I went there to have my tire(s) inspected and replaced. The first time I went there without an appointment, and Victor simply refused to even take a look at my tire to verify whether it needed replacement or not. After repeated requests, he agreed to give his very valuable 5 second judgement that indeed it needed replacement. The next day went by trying to order the right kind of tire for a reasonable price compared to an outrageous price that Audi had quoted me. Finally, when I actually scheduled an appointment online and had everything verified the day before, Victor still didn't have anyone to replace my tire with when I showed up. He said that I had my appointment scheduled at 2:30 PM (which was two hours before I actually had scheduled it). After I showed him that my appointment reminder in my email was actually at 4:30, he had nothing else to say but to tell me to come another time. I got fed up with this dealership's lack of respect and unapologetic attitude towards it's customers, and as I was leaving I asked him "You understand how inconvenient this is for me, right?", in response to which he shrugged his shoulders and said "It's not my fault". No apology, whatsoever. That's how I was treated. And this is for you too, Mr. Ladell Player (Manager of Audi Chandler Services), if you think your employees can treat customers like their slaves, please re-think your job roles. I can't believe a reputed dealership like Audi can get away with treating customers this way. this is outright unbelievable and pathetic.
