  • It has to be one of the worst managed McDonald's, if not the worst. I can't even imagine how the owner or investors don't know this! I spend 25 minutes in the drive through to only get cold food. I go inside to get at least hot fries and share my experience with the manager. She had no apologies, but plenty of excuses. If you want fast service and hot food go else where.
