  • Jerry Zack has been my go-to guy for my 2002 Subaru Legacy ever since I moved here in 2012. I appreciate a business who takes the time to communicate the status of my car's "vitals". My loyalty for Subaru Superstore started in WA state (where I moved from), every service includes a complimentary car wash & I can't thank you enough for the extra mile one of the service crew members took for me. (I don't think I ever got his name) He buffed out, what I am now calling "rain-rust", from the trunk of my car-- avoid apartment awnings after it rains!! So because of the incredible staff & service, I am willing to drive 35 minutes for a simple oil change :-) Did I mention they always have delicious snacks, drinks, and cookies while you wait? The only reason this review has 4 stars is because of the receptionist and her monotone, careless energy. I don't think she even looked at me. Energy is contagious so choose a positive environment, not just for customers but for yourself as well lady.
