Horrible experience! Went in for a simple cut and came out with a crooked mess. Called in and got an appointment with AJ, showed up and she was really nice and sounded like she knew what she was doing. I asked the age old question of "how long have you been doing hair" usually by the answer I know if im in trouble or not! Aj said she had been doing hair since 2010, I thought ok im good! Little did I know she was behind me making a mess out of a simple cut! She cut my hair, dried it and curled it with her round brush even though I mentioned multiple times I dont like curls, I thought oh well im going home anyways and will wash it and restyle it my way so no biggie right?? WRONG! I washed my hair, flat ironed it and came down to show my husband my new do! Little did I know that the back of my hair looked like the waves in an ocean and not anywhere near strait. I immedialtly called Ulta and asked for AJ, they put me on hold and came back multiple minutes later and said she was already gone for the day...hmmm why would you put me on hold for her then?? So I explained to the girl on the phone what happened and she said the salon manager couldnt fix it til Monday, mind you this is Friday, or AJ could fix it tomorrow! Seriously, why would I let her touch my hair again! After arguing on the phone I finally had to drive back down to Ulta and get my money back and find someone else to fix Aj's mess.
