| - The good:
- The area isn't great, but I actually felt fine with my vehicle in the parking lot. There is a security guard who walks around outside overnight.
- AC, shower, sink, and toilet all worked. The bathroom was clean.
- The room itself, while outdated, is very clean.
- The price. It's $51 a night including tax.
- The staff is very nice and the office is open 24 hours.
The bad:
- This is an old motel and definitely very basic. The TV is from about 1993 and the channels consist of only about 30 misc cable channels.
- This place is next to an airport. You will hear airplanes taking off and a train that passes through. I wore earbuds and didn't notice much noise, but without them, I'd imagine it would wake you up.
- The area. There really isn't much around here. A Carl's Jr, a Mcdonalds, and a Chevron. That's basically it.
- $2.99 a day for slow wifi.
So if you need something very basic, this is a good choice. I have seen much worse Motel 6's in Phoenix.
