  • I bought a new CTS-V. The experience with John Harrell was extraordinary since he simply showed me what I wanted to see and gave me the information that I asked for. He was very knowledgeable on the models and options and very low pressure. This was my first Cadillac and the first time I bought a new car and didn't spend hours negotiating and feeling like I was being taken advantage of. The good experience continued with the lady who helped me with financing. Great car buying experience!
