  • Made an appt for 930a and received a call from Jennifer at 3 mins until appt time saying that she will be 5 mins late. So we waited and waited until I decided to give her a call 40 MIN LATER to see if she was still coming. She then said that she was not coming because she was supposedly waiting at our front gate for 15 min. But she did not bother to call my cell phone which she had the number to because she had just called me originally to say that she was running late. So apparently she left and she didn't even bother to tell us that she left. Basically we would've just been kept waiting unless we reached out to her. Needless to say we cancelled the appointment and if this is any indication on how they run their business then no thank you. Thanks for wasting our time.
