  • So my guy requested for Chipotle on a Friday night, for pick up and delivery to his work. The moment I stood in line until I check out, I was there for 15 minutes. Granted, I know it was busy, but this was the thing that frustrated me. I see that the employees try to work in an assembly line, team work, I get it. I ordered a chicken bowl and a chicken salad. The 2nd employee in the assembly line asks me what I want on the bowl. I give her a few items at a time, because 1) I don't want any mistakes of forgetting what to put and 2) I can't see what else is in the food line to see what else I can add because I am placing an order for someone else. So the 2nd employee passes it on to the 3rd employee and then asks me what I want on the salad. Again, a little bit at a time I tell her the ingredients. While I go back to my first order, the gal already put a lid on it. I wasn't done! Then I asked her I wanted other ingredients in my first order like the hot sauce and the 2nd employee adds it into a small container, not even on the meal which isn't a big deal but I felt very much rushed. Like, take the damn time with getting it right. It was just annoying. Extremely annoying. Then just getting to the register. I don't care how busy it is, make the customer feel welcomed or greeted. Say, "Hi, how are you. Can I get you something else to go with this, etc." My order gets to the register and she ask the bagger next to her what it was and it just seem like he couldn't read what was written on the cover of my orders or he was just SLOW. I don't mean to out anyone, but I swear I felt like it was the Sloth in Zootopia getting to my order. I ended up telling her what my order was just to "hurry" their process of getting customers out of there. Never again will I come on a Friday night. I feel like I'd have to come in on a slow day, just to get any kind of "great" customer service.
