rev:text	i went to this place Apple Dental asking that the remaining teeth i have be pulled and upper and lower plates be made. they had just gotten my mom a loan for some work on her teeth and when that work was done there was a thousand dollars left on her loan.(i know you are thinking why am i talking about my mom you will understand in a few) .So I went in and was charged $95 for the xray and check that was supose to be added to the total when i got to that point never happened. any way I did the check and i was told that it would be forty two hundred please remember this for latter,i told the person that i could not afford that amount so the person said I should see how much i could get on a dental loan,did all that and was given $2500. so i told this person the amount i could get from the loan company ,so she said she would talk with the dentest and see what if anything could be done for me.its time to remember my mom because she says well if you and get the $2500 and your mom will come up with her $1000 the doc says he will do the job at $3800 leaving me to come up with $300 cash,so to be clear hear it was never asking about only doing just the upper or just the lower but the total job and that is what i signed the paper work for,after pulling a bunch of my teeth and all the teeth that i could still eat with i was pulled aside and told that hey this $3800 is only going to cover the upper teeth and plate and that it was going to cost me an additional $3200 for the bottom set.and pulling the rest of my teeth.now the dentest had already pulled several bottom teeth so this whole thing is not making any sense to me.the bottom line is they got $2500 that the loan company gave me and are asking another $4200 for a simple pull and upper plates nothing special.they knew how much cash they coupd get out of my from the loan company so thay did all they could to get that and leave me with no teeth to eat with and a bill i cant and wont pay.I went to another dentest and was quoted the total job at $3700 upper and lower with the upper and lower plates.I have read several reviews and all of them say the same thing this office is about cash and the custmer is way back in the mix.if i thought there were any one that cared enough to do something about this massive rip off joint I would show up and do what ever was needed to get them closed.I f you need your teeth done you can find dentest all over town no need to get ripped of from these people. i would have not given them any stars but you cant do that.
