  • Bravo Mr.Wynn! Finally a truly luxurious hotel in Las Vegas with no hidden crap strings attached. First the actual building is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen, a nice break from the standard Vegas hotel architecture. The inside is breathtaking. Plush carpets, fresh flowers, jeweled tiles, and REAL Picasso's make this place dripping with splendor. The casino is full of friendly dealers, plenty of tables, yet is not so big I get lost. The shopping (not as good as Ceasers) is also great. Hermes, Chanel, John Paul Gautier, Dior, Manolo Blahnik, you name it, they got it! They have an amazing selection of restaurants. We like the casual "Sugar and Ice" for their mango sorbet, turkey club sand which, and tuna salad. Daniel Boulud was amazing. Hands down best fine dining service I have ever had. The chicken consomme was killer. The buffet was truly amazing. The mint green walls adorned with fresh flower arrangements made us forget we just paid 35 dollars for a buffet, but oh boy, the food delivered!! The rooms were the best I have seen in Vegas. We just had a standard room but we still had a floor to ceiling view of the strip, flat screen TVs in the room and bathroom, his and her vanity's, a shower and separate tub, a HUGE comfy bed, and well stocked mini bar. Upon arrival our kind bellman showed us all the details of the room and even offered to help us make dinner reservations. My Only Complaint: We couldn't get into Tryst even being a good looking couple who were hotel guests. They didn't even have a line, it was literally a herd of people whom they started selecting ones to get in. That was ridiculous. Most hotels offer a hotel guest line or no cover for hotel guests. We went up to our room and called the front desk and complained, but, we didn't let that spoil out fun. So, if you are going to spend 3-400 bucks on a hotel room, don't cheat yourself luxury by going somewhere else. This is the place to be! Steve Wynn outdid himself!
