I arrived an hour late and was told I have to pay $5 a day more because they did not have the size car I reserved. The girl acted like she did not want to help me and she was very rude. I felt the customer service was terrible. I rent enterprise vehicles at least fifteen times a year. I just rented last weekend for Mother's Day in Portland Oregon and the customer service was nothing like what I experienced today. She had a scowl on her face the entire time I had to wait for a car. She explained I had to wait for a car the size I reserved to become available. I have been upgraded for free several times. I don't understand why I had to wait. Additionally I did not feel comfortable giving this woman my information. She clearly did not want to help me. Jim finally helped me but it took a half an hour to get in the car and on the road. Unbelievable!!!!
