  • It's the worst place I've been to. They tell me my appointment is at 8:30 and I am at the door at 8:30 doors were locked. So at 9:00 they all show up so I ask why my appointment was at 830 and nobody was there they straight out lied to me saying they were there. There office is so unorganized paperwork piled up the ladies behind the desk don't even know where to start and end. I am going to call my doctor and ask not to be referred there again.. Just all around bad customer service. I think they feel like because they have a plaque saying were on the best doctor of Arizona couple years ago gives them the right to mistreat people but I don't think that should be ok.
