Manager John and Problem-Solver David D went the extra mile that T-Mobile couldn't (and even if they could, wouldn't) in fixing a major iPhone carrier unlock issue. John realized enough is enough after two days of this T-mobile nonsense, and he then (rightfully so) empowered David to see a satisfactory resolution through to completion.
