  • Some buffets you can go wrong with and some are great. This one was towards the great side with an average of 85% which is extremely high for a buffet. You never know what you are getting with a buffet such as how long the good has been out for or who has sneezed on what or who has touched what and put it back, etc. I love how they have divided up the sections into different cultures of food such as seafood, Mexican and Japanese. I stayed away from the Japanese section with the sushi because you never know with the raw fish how long it has been out there and if it has been stored properly. I was also disappointed with the Chinese food section. All they really had was dim-sum, dumplings and fried rice. Where was the sweet and sour pork or the ginger beef especially? The dessert section was definitely the best with all the ice cream you could imagine. However I was surprised that the salad bar was hidden and that the dessert section was at the front rather than at the end as dessert usually happens at the end of the meal but they had the dessert section first.
