  • It seems very hard to find a pool that isn't incredibly crowded in Charlotte--including this one. Don't even try to come here during lunch or early mornings (when people who work uptown might have time to swim) because the pool is reserved for masterswim at those times. Plus the front desk staff are beyond rude and unhelpful (they may or may not have towel service when you go--so don't count on it). I've given this place a couple of tries but they make everything so inconvenient and the staff are so unhelpful that I've had to look elsewhere for my pool workout.
