  • I brought a fox shox down to SDHQ last week to get a rebuild kit for it. It was a 2.5 internal bypass, which means it has a 2.0 piston. I made sure the guy at the counter knew this, but he seemed to disregard what I had to say, and seemed very sure of himself. Next day when I tore the shock apart and realized he gave me the wrong rebuild kit, I drove all the way back to the shop, the guy did not apologize, just gave me the right parts, and then charged me the 5 dollar price difference. Don't expect good service unless your a rich office boy in a raptor.
