  • A horribly unethical company. We leased a house managed by Marsh Management. When we moved in the house was filthy with all sorts of damage to the tile, the walls, the doors and the carpet. When we moved out a few weeks ago, we had a move-out inspection. Dennis walked through the house and wrote OK on all items on our sheet. We just received our security deposit refund check--and they charged us $1018 for items that were in disrepair before we moved in!!!! Do not lease a house from this unethical company. We will be fighting them but we wish we did not have to.
