Came here at 5 am in the morning trying to avoid a hangover, and I was craving pho. Located in what is now called the Quad (formally Imperial Palace) this restaurant claims to make japanese, chinese, korean and vietnamese dishes. Although the pho was very much border lined mediocre, the upside is that this place is open 24 hours. I would firmly recommend to not really have your eye out for this place if you plan to come to vegas, but if you REALLY want to get "asian" style food, and a very late time then maybe this would be a OK option. The other thing about Ginseng is that it's pretty expensive for what it is. Prepare to have you ears be drowned in the sound of asian pop music. If it's your thing then your in luck, but in my opinion, i'd rather eat to something that is not a fast poppy tempo.
Nice waitress though, and fairly clean space.
