| - With the recent downturn of the economy, you would think that businesses would be allover with attracting customers. Oh but not here at Coach at Cross Iron Mills. I mean, I've never worked retail myself, but I do know to never assume who may or may not make a purchase... you just can't tell!
So I came here today after the gym and was still in my workout gear. Just a normal Lululemon tank and cropped pants, nothing too shabby. However, I walked into the store with another couple ladies behind me and the sales associate saw me, ignored me, and went to greet them. Ok... I walk by the next associate, made eye contact and smiled and she turns away. Hmmmm... third associate comes out from behind the register, walks by, looks at me, turns away and goes do something else. Wow. I remember their staff was much friendlier back then and always asked if I needed help. But now they've gone to picking and choosing their customers? For whatever reason that I wasn't getting any attention at all... well, I'm sure there are other stores that would love my business!
