I was a member here for two months. I enjoyed the workouts thoroughly. They were rigorous and challenging but at the same time work for people of different fitness levels, for example you can power walk, jog, or run but you constantly focus on pushing yourself. The entire workout consists of jogging and running on the treadmill, rowing, and doing weight lifting exercises and stretches in the weight room. They are month-to-month so you are not locked into a long term contract, however there are some intricate rules with the month-to-month membership.
I enjoyed seeing my heart rate and results on the monitor and use my heart rate monitor from OTF at my other gym to log my workouts. I would recommend this business and location to anyone. They have very energetic, positive, and supportive instructors and the atmosphere is overall quite nice.
The main reason I discontinued my membership was because I already have another gym membership that offered interval training classes, so I didn't need an extra membership. Otherwise, I probably would have continued!
