  • Came here to purchase a laptop battery to only find out that they don't sell in store and they could order for me. That is great, and they did take care of me in doing that, but I assumed it was through Best Buy and not Best Buy parts store. I did ask about shipping and they weren't sure how long, but it should be fast since it is ground shipping. It took 3 weeks before it finally shipped which was an annoyance as I needed to work on our computer. I realize the store has nothing to do with the online parts store, but they should know things could take 10-15 business days before it even ships!! Inform your customers a little better!
