  • This place is dangerous, run down and not for anyone on a budget. The only people who would consider living here now, are criminals. The people in the office are not allowed to do their job and kick out the dealers. The owner, Mr Bigelow, is a slum lord, and can not be fired. He should be in prison for allowing, & thereby promoting this level of criminal activity on his properties. To my knowledge, none of the people who simply have a lack of reliable transportation, or a low credit score, still live here. There have been suicides, gang graffiti, shootings, overdoses and severe alcoholics who live in this pit with children. Some of those children have seriously scary behavior problems. For something safer, and less run down, call the AZ Department of Economic Security, Community Bridges or Catholic Charities.
