  • I bought a groupon here for partial highlights, and a haircut. I was very unhappy with my experience. The stylist turned my hair orange, instead of blonde. I was there for 3 hours instead of my normal 90 minutes to get highllights. They did try to fix it, but I was already there for 3 hours, and what she did attempt to do to the front of my hair did not work. My hair turned ORANGE INSTEAD OF BLONDE. if you don't leave the foils in long enough, they turn orange instead of blonde. I have dark brown hair with very blonde highlights, and have never had this issue. I will not go back here again. The manager/owner did offer to have me come back again to fix it, but I was here for 3 hours ,and they did not rectify it in that time. She obviously did not know what she was doing, or rushed, and that is what caused the color to turn an orange color instead of blonde. If you don't leave the color in long enough, it will turn orange. I am not happy, and will never go back here again. I was trying to find a good place close to my house that was opened on Sunday, but will never ever come back again.
