  • Magnus Sports is definitely a must destination for gun enthusiast (especially action pistol shooters) when visiting Las Vegas. We were visiting sin city for a big pistol match nearby and stopped by Magnus Sports on the way. First off, any action pistol shooter will drool at Magnus Sports' inventory of customized firearms catered for competition: CZ, CK Arms, Tanfoglio, Limcat, etc. That also goes the same to accessories; from base pads to holsters and mag pouches, Magnus Sports has got you covered. However, Magnus also caters for defensive and tactical shooters. What is important is that its employees treat every customer with upmost respect. You will not feel like a little dweeb scared to ask a question to the "know it all badass, I am always better than you" gun shop employee. In fact, if GM JJ Racaza would happen to be in the shop, chances are he would chat it up with you. A charismatic person, JJ will treat everyone equally; whether you are a seasoned USPSA shooter or trying to get your first pistol. Magnus Sports is close to the strip too boot. Therefore, there is no reason for a USPSA shooter (or just a Calif person visiting LV) not to visit the shop. They have the guns that we shooters drool for and most likely, will bring home something from the shop; whether a Magnus jersey or an accessory.
