  • If I could give this company a -5 star rating I would! I called my insurance company for a company that would be able to provide me with a breast pump. They provided me with this companies information. I called on May 3 2016 and that stated I needed to fax in my prescription and insurance card. After the fax is received it would take 30 days to process. I was not due for another 6 weeks so though it was cutting it close it was okay. I ended up having an emergency c section at 37 weeks. I called the day after I had my daughter to make sure everything was okay and to let them know I needed the pump asap. They said they would expedite it, it is being processed. I have now called 5 times since then and received the same answer "it is being processed we will expedite it". I called today (a weeks shy of 60 days later) and the lady says the prescription never went through. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I could understand if I dropped the call and didn't call 5 TIMES! How in the 5 times has no one told me the prescription didn't go through! If you have he choice go somewhere else! I will now bring my prescription to their main office and I will be speaking with a manager who hopefully knows how to speak English. The number is a 702 number however it sounds like it is transferred to India or something.
