Worst experience. When these movers showed up (4 hours later) I knew this would be a disaster. Not only because they looked like they just arrived from the state penitentiary. I only asked for 2 employees in site and they bought three. Not only was this an uncomfortable situation having this many people in my household but they used this as leverage to win over their case by saying it doesn't matter that they were late because they bought another mover. They were charged by the hour so they proceeded to move my boxes with the stamina of a 96 year old. Carrying 2 reusable shopping bags at a time down the stairs. I started moving my own boxes because they were taking so long. They spent most of their time trying to chat me up, and I was NOT IMPRESSED by their work ethic or appearance. At the end they over charges of course, adding in all of these "fine print fees" and charging me for their lack of strength in carrying weightless items down the stairs. When I called the company to tell them my experience the representative told me "I should have just done the move myself", Insulting me definitely didn't make my experience any better. And to the man or shall I say boy on the other end of the phone,I get you only make $10 an hour and go home to TV dinners, but don't insult me to try and make yourself feel better. I had left a message for the manager and he still has not responded to me, this is almost 2 months later. Anytime I call to follow up he is "on vacation" I hope you are enjoying your hiatus while your company rots to the ground!
