  • I had the Bistro Burger with a side order of french fries. The burger was brought out to my table and I found it be simple, but delicious. The fries were hot and had a nice salt & pepper seasoning. Although I did not try the salad, it looked great -- a ton of options, friendly staff to help you with your selections. Once you pick everything, they chop it and give you dressing. The salad was what I thought to be a big portion, much bigger than Panera and customized to what you want. This is a great concept. I'm sure the place will do well. I'm told at lunch the line is already out the door and its not even the school year yet... Its also nice how they have garage style doors at the front to keep a nice breeze coming through and leave the place feeling more open.
