  • We always bring our kids here when they get sick on weekends because their pediatrician is closed. Been waiting at the reception area almost an hour to be seen. There was only one person here when we got here at 11:00am. Two more patients have arrived since we have been here waiting and they were both called first than us. After the first one was called I thought maybe they had an appointment, but then the second one was called and then I was really pissed. I went up to the front desk lady and after about 5 minutes of looking through her computer she apologized and said we were put on the schedule as an appointment visit and not as a walk in ( whatever that means). I would of walked out right there and then but I'm sure my daughter has strep and I don't want her getting my other kids sick. 10 minutes later we were called back and we are still waiting to see the doctor. Will get 3 stars because my other kids have seen this doctor and they just love him, he has excellent bedside manner. ( he is an older heavy set male in case you come here).
