  • Worst experience we have EVER had. They up sold us on multiple things and broke our car key in the ignition and told us it is our fault. They told us the key was broken when we left the key with them. 100% this is not the case. They told us they have a video proving that when we came in the key was already broken and when we asked to see the video he said he didn't have it... So he just lied straight to our face. So they had to remove the ignition to remove the other half of the key and put the ignition back. Now it looks even more damaged and broken. They made a replacement key that is tiny and looks super breakable. They also told us there is no upper management we can talk to. They have "given" them my number but I'll probably never hear from them.
