  • I have to say this was a legit five star car buying experience for me after getting my new compact suv with Ford Country. I used to work on the corporate side of things at a dealer back in California and have a good handle on the car business and after working with Paul, Scott and Ed I can say these guys far exceeded my expectations. I didn't get the help I was looking for at the other Ford dealers in the Vegas area and I called Ford Country and talked with Paul and he was great to work with. When I was ready to buy I worked with Scott as he took me on the test drive originally and was at the door to greet me when I came in to sign the paper work and had the car running in the back and ready for one last test drive and walk around. Paul had called Ed in Finance ahead of time before I got there to set things up and was a seamless process. Ed is fantastic to work with in finance. I know personally that finance can take up to and over an hour of your time but I was done with that part of the process in less than thirty minutes and that is only because Ed and I were chatting about things we had in common! All in all from the time I spent setting things up to getting the car off the lot it took less than two hours total of my time at the dealership and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. I'll end on this...Paul, Scott and Ed are incredible and extremely professional, patient and willing to work with you. I live in North Vegas and I am still going to make the fifty mile round trip regularly back to Ford Country for service. THANK YOU FORD COUNTRY!
