  • This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! I can promise you the people who posted the "five star" reviews are not actual residents because this complex is a literal joke. The staff in the office is extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, Shady, ilegitamate, greedy, all they want is your money and for you to shut up. Josephina in the office will promise and say anything to keep you quiet, she's told an infinite amount of lies that she can't keep track of. I'm surprised this place has not been shut down. There's a horrid bug infestation, a ridiculous amount of things that needed to be maintained and replaced by the awful maintenance "crew" aka two random men who can't stop laughing to one another instead of handle things professionally. I am extremely sad to call this place my home and spend most of my time away because I cannot stand this place. The toilets do not flush, the dishwasher results in extreme leakage, half the outlets don't work because the wiring is messed up so I am essentially paying for someone else' power. This place is absolutely horrendous. The staff is extremely fake unless you're talking money. I suggest looking elsewhere unless you want a headache. The maintenance acts as if your apartment is a hotel and enter without permission. I could go on and on and on about this place but i would rather talk to higher authorities to address these issues.
