  • I arrived to check in at 3:00pm since that was the time stated under the hotel description. I was appalled to see the lobby full of guests that were waiting ahead of me! They claim the CIAA affected housekeeping but come on! The CIAA has been happening in Charlotte for years and they knew how many guests were expected to check out. This is incredibly poor planning and the management should be ashamed for their abilities.
