  • I've visited this store a few times a year since it opened and EVERY SINGLE TIME the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. It's a J. Jill in Middleton, Wisconsin, NOT Chanel on Rodeo Drive. Stopped at Soft Surroundings across the street afterward and it was a night-and-day difference in atmosphere and attitude.
