  • Sun City to the rescue again!! A compressor went out on one of our two ac units. I was busy that morning with some training, and we were leaving in a couple of days for a ten day trip. Our granddaughter was babysitting the critters and didn't want to leave her with only one running unit. They dovetailed arrival time to my schedule, fixed the problem, and rode off into the sunset 20 minutes later. I thought the cost was more than reasonable for a same day repair, including the house visit & diagnostic, and part. Professional and friendly service people, including their dispatcher. Highly recommend! 6/22-28, 2016 The downstairs unit went out this time, bigger of the two units. Major problem, grounded out. 20 year old systems. The guys came out, put in a temporary compressor and we arraigned to do the replacement the next Tuesday. Because of their care & concern we had cool air all weekend. On the 22nd, because of overloading the upstairs unit, that blower motor also had to be replaced. New outdoor unit, new guts for the box in the garage, booming new unit over the wall, new epa 2019 regulations met, blower motor, all for about 1/4-1/3 cost of a whole new system. 10 year guarantee. They are the best!! After all was done I think most of the crew were here at one time or another. Greatest group in town! My thanks to Cheryl, Bryant, Jose, Rich, Ray, Tony, Mike & Will, and anyone I might have missed.
