It was a quaint restaurant where the staff makes the dumplings and noodles right in front of you. The ingredients were very fresh. I had the Shang beef brisket with the round noodles $8.95. It was excellent. Very tasty. Mildly spicy. The beef was very tender. We also ordered beef pancake ($5.49 for 4). The cover pancake was crispy but the beef was juicy. Excellent. The restaurant on a Friday evening at 8pm was busy. At 9pm still had a waiting line. I definitely would return. The glass of water had a hint of lemon.
