  • Tree Guy was contracted by my HOA to trim trees in my community at a fixed price. I needed five palms trimmed in my back yard (the ones in my front yard had been trimmed weeks earlier). I called them twice and left two messages. No response. Third time, I talked to Joe, who said that his message service wasn't working. He said he'd be on my street on Sunday. Cool. Waited all day, nothing. Called again on Monday, and he said he went by my home, but saw that the palms were trimmed. I reminded him that it was my backyard palms that needed trimming, and he remembered and apologized. He said that he would be by at 7am the next morning. Cool. It's now after noon, no Tree Guy. No call. Nothing. I understand it if someone is busy. It happens. But a phone call is the professional way to deal with it. Just let me know what's going on. Very disappointed in this business. I will be advising my HOA as well.
