  • Ummm... is all I can say about this place. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because cash patients only pay a $60 consult. Seriously, the MOST unprofessional medical facility I've ever been to, and I've had the unfortunate opportunity to be treated at some less than ideal facilities (unbeknownst to me upon walking in, initially). To start, the ENTIRE staff acts like they're in hell being here. From the tech who took us back, to the PA who saw us, to the med techs who carried out treatment. The tech who walked us back mumbled the whole way, and gestured instead of really spoke (well, he mumbled) as to what and where he wanted us. He walked us through a "back?" area right past "sterile" equipment that the general public should probably not be anywhere near. The PA who came to do the consult seemed less than confident in his proposed treatment plan, even using the words, "I'm not really sure." The techs who came to perform treatment had NO idea what was going on. Did you guys even communicate? They had no idea who, or how many (there were 2 of us in the room) of us were there for treatment. When I addressed them about their lack of communication, there was some half a@# excuse about 2 patients needing treatment for the exact same thing (ear issues). Anyway, then WE had to repeat nearly 3 times what was to be treated. WE had to? Why isn't the PA passing on correct information as to what's to be done, and then when the patient informs you, why are you not LISTENING to their answer? Cmon' people, we're all adults here, you learned how to listen when you were 5, and you went to school for this, right? ??? The PA was nice but the techs were less than enthused to be employed. We may as well have been at the DMV or Post Office. Even there, we've had more upbeat, better communicative, agents. Anyhow, luckily for us, Urgent Care centers are something we rarely need to go to. In the future, we'll probably look elsewhere. Paying slightly more is fine if the trade off is a better facility.
