  • Is the honeymoon over? Been bringing my vehicles here for 5 years now. I could expect good Customer Service with work done right. As of lately though it's been hit & miss. Tires not rotated when they were suppose to be, air wasn't checked fluids not filled etc. Although both times they did offer to get it right if I could bring the vehicles back in. Who has this kinda time? Surely not me. I don't know if you continue to not get the simple things done right the first time, do I continue to trust you with the more complicated things? Hmmm
