Beautiful room, that is all I can compliment. We waited at the front desk 30+ minutes just to check in. Finally were greeted with "I'm sorry, our computers were down." The front desk attendant then, in a rush, was dismissive and condescending as we asked questions like "where should we park our car?" Stupid humans, you don't know that you simply park in our "restricted" lot? We requested a room with 2 beds, were confirmed for that, but at check-in were let know we had a king bed with a pullout. That would have been ok if the pullout would have had pillows and sheets. It did not. So for hours we called the front desk but got a busy signal. Zero service. If you value the total experience, this is not it. If you're simply looking for a nice room, choose this Hyatt. Night two, entire 2nd floor is full of smoke and reeks of weed. Font desk (of a non-smoking hotel) attendant says it's ok but the stench is so strong my room is unbearable. Literally smoke in my room and we have small children.
