  • Very disappointing takeout lunch. I ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce and paid $1.50 for ricotta cheese. Back in my office after quite a long wait I opened the container to find rather mushy pasta and watery sauce: no baked cheese, which it definitely needed. The ricotta was in a plastic cup and must have been all of 1/4 cup. And it was COLD! Bleah. From now on I will make my own if this is the best I can expect from Mama Ricotta's.
