Your pre-sales vs. post-sales experience will vary wildly. Make sure you get everything in writing and ask them what they will do in case you are not satisfied with the product. They are notorious for bad customer service AFTER the sale has been made. Make sure you get all the details in writing (Frame number, manufacturer of lenses, the quality of lenses, the warranty on them, the coatings they are promising you and the tint). Make sure they show you what lenses and what tints they will be giving to you. They are famous for making arbitrary choices on your behalf and then being difficult if you are not satisfied with the product.
This place is no cheaper than any other place, but their service, especially the post-sales service is the pits. Caveat Emptor!!!
