If you're looking for a classic, seedy hotel on the outskirts of the Vegas Strip, you've found it. What was advertised as a $35 per night room, ended up costing $125 because "NASCAR is in town." I seriously doubt that this hotel ever lives up to it's advertised price. There's always going to be an excuse not to. The hallways wreak of cigarette smoke, The TV remote didn't work. I had to fix the blinds in order to close them, the comforter was soiled and I was graciously invited into the shower by a group of large black hairs, patiently waiting for me to free them from the soap scum holding them prisoner to the shower floor. If you're going to Vegas, dive in, go right to the heart of it & try to avoid the bottom feeders on the outskirts of town.
