  • Purchasing a camera is a major investment. One in which I want to feel comfortable, I buying from people who will help me after the purchase. I've never been met with such rudeness as I was by the stores owner. Even to say hello to this "Gentleman" I needed to have an appointment. In American, we do it a little different. Customer service, and simply being polite are essentials in selling luxury items. Basically, If I cant speak to you , I cant trust you. Im old fashio I'll take my business elsewhere. It's America! I have choices. I want to do business with people who stand by thier products, and service their costomers, at the very least with a smile.
