Correction!!!! The manger of madhouse reached out to me and made this situation right. Literally hours after I posted the first review. I'm happy to not have to give up one of the best coffee house in vegas. Thank you Marco.
Never had anything bad to say about this place. Until they gave my order to an UberEATS driver with a dead cell phone so I never received it. Normally great food, great service! But whoever the "manager" is on duty this morning at 6am on 6/26 dropped the ball. Your employees have better customer service than you do and would've done more to make this right. Thanks for nothing! And hopefully you're happy to lose another customer!
