They have a great way of targeting females to enter the store. Girly packaging with flowers and tropical fruits and pictures of the Eiffel tower, and we're sold!
I honestly think that most of their products smell the same, but what makes me come back to purchase more body washes is the consistency of the products with Shea butter and Vitamin E and of course the delusion of being pampered by using a chemical cleanser that smells like flowers and fruit. The products are quite expensive. A regular bottle of shower gel is $13. They make you think you're saving when they give you 3 free products with the purchase of 3, but if you think about it you're actually spending $40 for 6 bottles of shower gels that you don't need. Why do I keep coming back for more? Some of their fragrances are nostalgic for me since I've been using their products for many years now and I love to smell girly.
I tried to purchase a less expensive body wash from the Body Shop of $9 recently and unfortunately only one of their shower gel products has Shea butter in it and they don't smell as strong as Bath and Body Works' products.
