  • We were new clients. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment. The previous clients came out right at 5pm. Well, his daughter came in and stepped in before our appointment and told us she is dropping some papers and will be right out. Well, 40 minutes later we were still waiting . We left. Unfortunate that we as new clients were that unimportant.
