  • Not off to a good start but wait they mote than made up for it. I booked here because they said they could get me in to a room early. I needed a noon check in and no problem they said so I booked. Not so much when I got here so I called guest relations and the girl was over the top helpful. Got me onto a room right away and upgraded us to suite. We were there for anniversary and while we were out at the pool they delivered champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone is very friendly and the place is very clean and old world feel. I like the smaller feel of the facility. We have stayed at the Phoenician and the four Seasons they are great places but are a bit on the larger size I would compare this more to the four Seasons. It was a great stay .
