  • Slow, and make a ton of mistakes. Stood on line for several minutes, to watch the girl make 2 customers drinks that were behind me. When I asked, she said, "Oh were out of Almond Milk" if you see a person standing there, a small gesture stating that would have been nice. Also, I watched while they messed up 3 orders... Ridiculous.
