  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!!! I had DreamCoat Flooring put epoxy flooring in my 3-car garage back in 2010. Heavy fading occurred just within a few years, but worse, the floor started to chip off all over the place, exposing the bare concrete beneath. I went with them originally because they had a 10-year warranty. However, the owner of the business (John Maloney) is a real jerk!!! Not only did he complain about re-doing the job, and not only did he take him over 6 weeks to do the repair work (constantly putting me off and re-scheduling, NEVER answering the phone, RARELY replying to text messages and if so, only many days later, etc...). However, the icing on the cake here is that 2 of his repair areas for the warranty repair work are totally hideous and obvious as a duct-tape patch job. I'm embarassed to even look at the floor, it looks absolutely wretched like the scars on Frankenstein! Before he started the job, he assured me that he would sand it and you would not even know, it would be flush. That was 100% a lie! Stay away from this contractor as if your life depended on it! He is a crook, a complete jerk, and has NO sense of workmanship whatsoever. This guy must've been a convict who watched some YouTube videos after he got out of prison and thought that would be good enough to open his own business. Please, please learn from my mistake! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR! Check out other reviews online for this guy, I certainly wish I had! If getting monetary compensation through the BBB doesn't furnish the money required to re-do the floor, I'm going to have to file a complaint with the AZ Registry of Contractors to have the garage floor re-done and to have this guy's license revoked so he can't screw any more customers.
