  • I don't understand why the owner will not let you book appointments with the manicurist that is going to do your nails. She does not know the manicurists schedule and just throws you in where she feels is the right time. You do not get the one on one unless you call on her days off which are Thursday and then you can actually can talk to your manicurist. Very unprofessional.
